You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping or obtaining information on this site and for no other purpose. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. The use of any Sylvan Music trademark or service mark without Sylvan Music's express written consent is strictly prohibited. Shipping Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by Sylvan Music Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS, and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships.  We don"t ship to APO’s, PO Boxes, or hotels. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. Special Handling Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please be sure to communicate your needs to your Sylvan Music representative before placing your order. We will do our best to meet our customer’s time-sensitive needs, but we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage as a result of delinquent deliveries. Product Returns Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, Sylvan Music offers an exclusive 72-hour exchange/refund policy to online/phone-in/mail order customers only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 72 hours, subject to a return authorization from Sylvan Music (except for items previously disclosed as non-returnable). All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, If the the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call or e-mail our sales representatives at (831) 427-1917, or returns@sylvanmusic.com. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the product(s )into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by your Sylvan Music representative clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Typographical Errors Sylvan Music's aspires to constantly publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sylvan Music shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sylvan Music shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sylvan Music shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sylvan Music reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sylvan Music reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Sylvan Music is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from other musical instrument dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Sylvan Music. Sales Taxes and Tariffs Sylvan Music shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. Service and Support All requests for technical service and/or support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Sylvan Music provides links to the technical support/manufacturer websites where available.
